3. Photo Processing & AI Services

When you use the AI Virtual Try-On feature, your uploaded photos are transmitted to third-party AI processing services to generate results. Specifically:

• fashn.ai: processes your photos to generate virtual try-on images.
• Alibaba Cloud (Qwen / Tongyi Qianwen): powers our AI Consultant and AI Styling features, including image analysis when you share photos in the chat.

These third-party services process your photos solely for the purpose of generating results and are contractually prohibited from using your data for other purposes. We do not use your photos to train AI models. Photos are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored by our AI partners.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following cases:

• AI service providers: fashn.ai and Alibaba Cloud, as described above.
• Partner shops: when you click an outbound link to a partner store, the store may collect data independently under their own privacy policy. We may share a referral identifier but not your personal information.
• Legal requirements: if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

5. Data Retention

• Account data: retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
• Try-on results: stored in your history until you delete them or your account.
• Analytics data: aggregated and anonymized, retained for up to 12 months.
